I went into Tim Hortons, I ordered a cheese melt, and I said to the guy make sure the cheese melted, and I waited for him to get... the cheese mouth he drop it on the floor, I said I don?t want the cheese melts, he says how come, because you drop it on thefloor, I want my money back, I said to the supervisor he should be fired two times, she didn?t answer me, I said to her I nevercoming to the Tim Hortons again. The absolute worst customer service and order experience . Got the order for a sandwich and wrap and two iced coffees wrong not... once , twice but three times . Tried to give me two wraps. Then threw together a burnt turnkey sandwich for me? also took menumerous times to figure out they did not have potatoes wedges. Iced coffee order.. twice wrong. One black and one with twosweeteners .. not the originals they were trying to give me. Terrible experience. Read more

Says they open at 5am. Here at 5:05 am. Doors are locked and drive thru is blocked with crates. So unreliable. I'll start going... to Starbucks Read more

This location is absolutely horrific. I ordered a salad which the advertisement has it filled to the rim when I receive my salad... it was literally filled 1/4 of the bowl, I called the store politely and asked why that was, A ?manager? named? ROSE? is who Ispoke to and she was absolutely ignorant, refuse to give me a refund refuse to remake it, and refused to pretty much even speakto me. I told her to give me the manager/owners information but she refused. However I told her that it?s just unacceptable andcontinue to tell her that I will definitely be putting a review and posting a picture of the salad and receipt as proof ofpurchase and she told me to go ahead and post that review. Now I don?t usually go out of my way to make a big fuss about a ninedollar salad, but in this case it was about the experience and about the purpose of it all. She should not Be given that titleof a manager ?her name is ROSE ? thanks to her I will never be visiting this location again and I will definitely be telling allfamily friends not to. She was just absolutely ignorant I don?t even understand how somebody like that could get a managerposition, May be a janitor but not a manager because the way she was talking and the way she dealt with the situation was justcomplete trash. However I did call the one 1800 number and I did Provide them with all the information and including her namethey said they will deal with it and I will definitely keep up with the situation to make sure that she does not have thisposition anymore.
