Online it says that you're open until 11pm, but last night there was no food available AT ALL after 10:15pm. Your staff are so... eager to get home early that they had already closed everything down an hour before closing time. Why don't you guys just sayyou stay open until 10pm? I wasted my gas and time coming here. In addition, your male staff member was rude and argumentative,which only exacerbated the situation. Not impressed, and I won't be coming back here. Read more
Came in with my kids to grab a few things before a soccer game. Staff seemed to have little direction and weren?t very... organized. When our bagel came up the lady mentioned a plain bagel, when I asked to confirm that it was infact with butter asI?d ordered it, I got the rudest ?Yupp? I?ve ever heard from an employee in a Tim?s Hortons. Terrible customer service, Inormally use a different location but decided to come here due to the convenience. Poor choice on my part. Serious question? Most mornings I order an extra large coffee with a shot of espresso in it and milk. When you order and you... drive up to the window your coffee is immediately ready for you which is nice. However I thought it takes time to brew a shot ofespresso and add it to the coffee. Am I really getting a shot of espresso? I will upgrade my review if I get an answer from theowner. Read more
I had ordered a sausage breakfast wrap but was given a maple farmers breakfast wrap. I don't like their farmers wraps because... the hashbrowns are horrible and mushy. Plus the wrap had Maple bacon instead of regular sausage. I will go to another restaurantfrom now on. This is the second time in as many times that they gave me the wrong order. Read more

Restaurant used to be a good location, however service sometimes is way too long and wait times just when opening is 10 minutes... when needing to get to work. Fume hood vents being cleaned using caustic cleaner while the odors enter the restaurant duringopen hours and bagels soggy and improperly toasted having to make them over is a constant thing around here. Dirty unkemptwashroom is a constant thing as well. Yellow jacket wasp issues every summer and when weather gets warming. Terrible costumer service!!! Ordered a chicken wrap drove all the way home to find out they gave me a breakfast wrap I couldn?t... even eat because of the eggs so I had to drive all the way back and the first girl I was explaining the situation to just walkedaway while I was still talking to her the next girl just came and give me the old wrap they originally had made me 15-20 minutesprior and I asked them so I know it was the old one that was just sitting there and wouldn?t make a new one so by the time I gothome again I got to eat a soggy 40 minute old wrap.. on top of the extra gas I had to waist to get and old gross soggy wrap.Extremely disappointed and will not be back.
