Update: Went yesterday and discovered my coffee was full of grinds (see photo). Had to return this morning because of a wrong... order. Orders are consistently wrong, they allow customers without face masks, no social distancing and they focus on drivethrough customers and neglect walk in customers. Worst Tim's I've ever been too. I wanted to order food for my entire day at work because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to pack anything. I showed up to... the drive thru wondering what I should order for the entirety of the day that would fill me up. I checked my Tim Hortons app tofind a 2 for $5 on classic breakfast sandwiches. I tell the girl taking my order through the drive thru that I want two classicbreakfast sandwiches. I also decided to order a sausage farmer wrap for my later break and I had already packed a banana fromhome for my last break. Anyways, she never gave me my two sandwiches, or receipt for the order. I went back around the drivethru another lady talked to me about the order telling me I never ordered 2 sandwiches which is not true, because I literallymade the order for 2 sandwiches based on the app offer. Then she said the offer was used up with the sandwich and breakfast wrapwhich is also not true because that is clearly not what the offer is for. She told me I have to pay for another sandwich andwouldn't be able to use the offer for 30 mins, so I told her I'm not doing that and I left with my wrong order. My issue here ishow rude the employee was about mixing up my order and lying to me to send me on my way. That food was all I had to depend onfor my 10 hour shift. It was a horrible start to the day having to deal with something that should have been an easytransaction. Very unprofessional. The worst tim hortons I've ever been to. They burn my coffee everytime, they argue that the wrap I order every day is not a... thing there (sausage and bacon), and they dont bag your stuff so you're left walking out of there with loose items, the onlyreason I go there is because I dont drive and it's the closest tim hortons to my work. Went there for donuts that would have costed 3.50$ with the coupon. Their machine wouldnt read either of my credit cards or my... bank card. Asked us to come pay inside. If i had the time to go inside maybe i would have. Left with no donuts, that they willhave to throw away cause we already had them. Read more

This is attached to a Shell gas station so it is drive through and take out only there is no seating. It?s your typical Tim... Hortons, coffee and donuts are the main things but there is also cold drinks, soup and breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Theservice was friendly and courteous. Every time I come to this location there is always something ruined for me like the time I watched them scrape my small chicken... salad sandwich into a larger bun and not compensating the extra space, even though I paid for a large! Today was my chickensalad sandwich which according the website contains Seasoned chicken, onion, celery and pimentos mixed with mayonnaise andpepper. Topped with lettuce and tomato. WHO PUTS HONEY MUSTARD ON SOMEONE'S CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH??? Completely ruined theflavor, all I taste is the mild heat and tang from the honey mustard. No chicken salad flavor at all. I give this Timmys the benefit of the doubt all the time and every time they disappoint me I don?t know how many times I?ve had... my food or drinks made wrong but today was the straw that broke the camels back. The order was an extra large triple triple witha shot of espresso and an extra large two cream one sugar and a shot of espresso. I got a triple triple with a shot of espressoand a steeped tea with a shot of espresso thankfully caught the steep tea at the window to correct it and they just gave himanother triple triple with espresso which if you?re not a fan of sugar is way too sweet !!!!! So thank you for ruining mymorning coffee as my old man who got it for me has to go to work and can?t correct it I will be going without.
