If customers get personal offer in their application then it doesn't mean that customer pays less and you don't have to give... less to them. All in all, I'd like to say, if customer pays whatever on eligible offers then treat them same as others. This isnot India guys. I had couple of creamy chill and in both of them cream was very less. A very interesting experience. The bacon grilled cheese sandwich was not completely warmed as the bacon was cold and the cheese... was not fully melted. I ordered a large broccoli soup and received a regular sized. Very disappointed at the poor attentiongiven the production of my food. Read more
In one word - Filthy. The floors were very dirty and almost every table was dirty. There was garbage littered about. We had to... clean a table ourselves. They started sweeping the floor by our feet while we were eating - that is not something health codesallow, I am sure. We had the loaded bowls which were smaller portions than other locations give. Agree with the other reviewers that indicated would give this place 0 stars if they could. Also agree with those that indicated... food, service and competence of staff is poor. We waited and watched for 10+ minutes disorganized/arguing with each otherstaff, only to find out that they didn?t have wedges (this after cashier checked and told us they had them before we ordered andpaid). I requested a chai tea latte in an extra large cup top with hot water. The server kept arguing with me that she only can give a... large cup. I have never had any issues with any other Tim Hortons about this order. Please provide feedback. Will not order atthis store due to server likes to argue. Read more
Today i felt extremely ashamed and embarrassed while visiting this store, almost all the employees who are working their they... have really forgot the human ethics, they really don't know how to treat human beings. While giving the order through drive-through for the vegetarian wrap she firstly she denied to take the order, she was just saying i will not serve you, even itsfine if you stand in a que i will not give to the order. And then she said if you will not leave i will call the corps, its soinsulting in-front of a-lot on employees and the drive through people as she was speaking in the drive through mike. Human hasequal rights if their is a problem in food we can address for their goodwill. I want to take this complain forward so that theycannot treat bad with people. My work place is just near-by and 3 times a week when i work in my store i order the cilantro wrapwith 2 coffee and english muffin with timbits. But every single time the wrap is worst, its super dry from inside and some timethe rice they put inside is stale. And when for the second time i realised the same thing i get back to them and acknowledgetheir wrap which is not meeting healthy food protocol, at that moment they replaced it. But it happened again while i wasworking in my store and was starving so ordered the same thing as i am totally vegetarian and their is not such other menu forany vegetarian food, but that time i puke out because of the stale rice that was inside after which i have to go to home, butonly 3 bites made me vomit and in the evening with that same wrap i went their i acknowledged them again that please people arespending money to feel full stomach and relief not to get sick.
