Went in at 8:50am on a Saturday to pick up donuts, stock trays were empty, few donuts here & there were visible I asked if... they had any Boston cream donuts, the answer was NONE! 6 am. No one working the counter. Stood in line waiting as 5 girls worked the drive through. Felt like 5 mins before one of them... finally came and got me a coffee. During that time I mad eye contact with 3 of them so they new I was there. No apologies. Justwant so you want. Poor service. Read more
I shall say it was a good experience. The store is clean. They have enough people for the breakfast rush. I quickly received my... order. Table was cleaned and sanitized. I ordered the wrap, used fresh eggs but the hashbrown is warm and chewy. Read more
I ordered drinks and donuts online today, for all the colleagues as todays is last day of one of my teammates. And received... wrong order. As I ordered 2 iced cap and 1 medium iced coffee but I received 3 iced cap instead. I don?t know what to do now butit is not at all acceptable and a very bad online ordering experience. Also, the lids of hot drinks were interchanged. I justwant to request you guys to please keep attentions to details as you never know why someone ordering online and don?t spoilsomeone special day. There's a really sweet woman who works morning shifts and she is always so friendly. She doesn't shove the order at you and... yell ' next'! I don't understand why she isn't a manager. Sunday night there was 1 woman working her tail off in drive thru anda dude standing there doing nothing and holding his IPAD. The woman did great on her own, kudos to her. The end. Read more
I ordered 2 chicken loaded bowls and a large triple triple coffee. The coffee sent to me was black no creams or sugar at all and... both the bowls were filled with rice other things were hard to find. Very very poor service. Never order from this place again. Read more
Staffs are friendly. Service is nice. Tried the cold Brew coffee with two milk and two sugar. It's ok but not my Tim Hortons... favorite drink. The Strawberry Shortcake Filled Ring Dream Donut is good. Read more
If it could be possible i want to give stars in negative for your services i asked for a bagel with both sides toasted and they... just burnt it and grill from another side. Really disappointed, and its hard to find cream cheese in it. Read more
