The most horrible experience with a Tim Hortons ever, complete buffonary on part of the so called staff who waited over 20mins... to acknowledge my mobile order, they nevehad eggs prepped, one gentlemen ordered only a tea and a bagel and they Took 10mins totoast one simple bagel, he wished me luck on the way out and boy did I need it, they finally acknowledged me 24mins later and Iasked them to cancel the order because they haven't started it and then asked me if I wanted to cancel it all instead of evenhaving a shred of decency to try and start a simple breakfast sandwhich and BLACK coffee order, they then had the audacity tosay they can't cancel a mobile order because it has to be done through the app... still not even starting the order, then a fewfellas walked in to order and they served them right away.. Stull not starting my simple order, and then ended up givingvegetarians pork and they couldn't get that order right either, I finally walked out half an hour later because of thesehorrible employees, do not go here you'll regret it, they ruined my morning by their incompetence but probably is actually alazy disrespectful franchisee who has no business owning a franchise... Not sure what it is about this location. But every time I order a steeped tea, I get coffee instead. Literally 6 out of 8 times... its coffee. It is getting rather annoying. Read more

I don?t know what has happened to customer service. I rolled up to the window and just had the debit machine shoved in my face.... I wasn?t told a total and I had to tell them I had a Tims card. Once I had my Tim?s card scanned, I still wasn?t told a total, Ihad to tilt my head to see how much. Do people just blindly tap now? I said thank you and have a great day and they respondedwith a slamming the window. I then brought breakfast home to my kids and discovered their breakfast sandwich was burnt to thepoint where they refused to eat it ????. The hash brown was so soggy it wouldn?t stand up on its own. I will NEVER go back tothis Tim Hortons. Thank goodness there?s another one down the road and a McDonalds in the same parking lot. Read more

These guys are the best. I am there every morning before I head into work. They always are enthusiastic and high energy even if... its 6 in the morning. Thank you for the great service over the past year. Never had a wrong order. Always quick, and seem toenjoy what they do. Thank you! Read more

This place is not open till 9, closes around 6. Many times I have tried to get tims and it is closed. There is also only one... person working at a time, so I get that there is a wait time for your food, I work in restaurants I get it. What I do not likeis waiting for my food and getting a burnt sandwich. I am sure everyone can agree, no one likes paying and having to wait for aburnt sandwich. Also, for some reason the tims website shows error messages when you try to contact them about a complaint, sohopefully someone who works there can see this and fix their website. Read more

Was served burnt bagel. Went back all the way to return it, they AGAIN gave me a burnt bagel. Upon going back again, they... said-?this is fresh and that?s how toasted bagels are.? It's a Timmy's in an ESSO gas station...they are really friendly there and try their best to get the order right. I have never... used the drive through here so I can't say how they do in that area but I've been inside in the line and even though there werecars in the drive through I got served really fast and my order was correct. BTW...I believe this ESSO station has the best carwash in the city! They just updated their car wash equipment and it works great even on my company van!! Read more

My Fiance and I have been going to this Tim Hortons for about 2 years now. Mostly every single day, the customer service is... alright (it's suppose to be though, they are trained to have customer service.)maybe the employees in the morning shiftMonday-Friday around 7:05AM need more training on organization or order preparation. we have gotten everything from, rottencoffee, no sugar when we asked for it, not stirred, missing things on our order, adding things to our orders, completely wrongorders, cold beverages that were suppose to be hot and so much more honestly everything that could have gone wrong has happenedat least once. Our orders have NEVER been complicated same thing every single morning, 2 extra large triple triple coffee. whenwe noticed the coffee always having an -off- taste we switched to tea. so 2 extra large triple triple orange pekoe teas. theyare never busy, even being attached the the gas station. there is no excuse for all the mess ups so with that being said, wewill no longer be going there anymore and start making our coffees and teas at home.
