I do like this Tim Hortons when there is this one lady working there. She seems to keep it running. I would like to say that at... 7:30 in the morning when it is busy is not the time to have the slowest person working the till. She obviously gets flusteredand can only do 1 thing at a time. Every single time i go there they get my order wrong. They repeat my order back to me, and still don't add the extras they... charge me for, and give me wrong items/sizes. Today is one of a handful of days they had the doors chained shut in the morning,HOURS after they should have opened, and they tried getting me to walk through the drive through. On top of it no one is evenfriendly, just all sullen and its honestly the last straw. I go there because it's conviently close to work, but i can't keepwasting my money. This is the worst tim hortons experience ive had at this location to date. Everytime i go it seems to get worse and worse. First... the morning staff are rude and snappy and have 0 manners. You get your food and say thank you and all you get is a yup and theyturn their backs. Second orders are always wrong. I got a double double with no sugar or my food that i have ordered was not atall what i asked for. Alot of the times food that needs to be heated is icecold. And third the lack of things working first itsthe toaster then the grill then the oven, or not having items asked for a muffin and was told they did not have any which isfine but when you ask for somthing else the lady at the speaker gets more annoyed and rude. Went on my early am break for work and had the tastiest cheese,steak and egg croissant! My tea was made with all the love you... could ask for and the staff was so friendly and kind! Thank you for a great experience. Read more
Pretty quick service usually. Annoyed though anytime I get a croissant sandwich, if you get the sausage one they never seem to... have the time to cut the sausage and eggs to actually fit the sandwich. A small annoyance but one just the same. Read more
Some of the worst counter service in the area. Seven people in line, one teller. 3 cars in the drive thru, four people. One... wiping the counter and one with her hand on her hip staring at the line up in the lobby. It?s no wonder the service industry isseeing as much automation as it is. Laziness, lack of work ethic, and no self pride, apparently comes hand in hand with far tomany people in these jobs. Read more
