Uncooperative staff. I love Tim Hortons, but bad staff at this location. They are never willing to help. Horrible experience!
Just had a caramel coffee large to go, but it was delicious as usual.
Nice staff, old lady working the night shift was very kind and welcoming, would recommend. Drinks were made perfectly
My wife and I had a guest from Australia, she wanted to try Tim's , from the time we got there couple of tables were taken,... found out they been there for some time. We got a table, my wife went to get 2 coffee for us and a mocha for guest, well wefinished our coffee but our guest said this mocha is very watery does not taste good, ended up throwing over three quarters out.We were there for roughly 45 minutes. While walking out looked up to see any employee at counter nobody was there as we were ina hurry to leave. It leaves a bad impression on Tim's on serving watered down mocha. Read more
Workers decide when they want to vlose early if their doors say 11pm they shouldn't be allowed to lock the doors until 11pm or... they should get fired. I will be calling the head office on the workers Friday may 6th you should all be let go its 11pm not1055pm losers Read more
There are many Tim Horton's stores but this is my home locations. I've visited many dozen times over the years with never a... misstep, at least not without one that the staff hasn't cheerfully repaired (like that time when a "heavily toasted bagel"somehow made it to my tray without enough crispiness and colour to satisfy). Thank you, helpful early-morning staff; you aremuch appreciated. The brewed-before-dawn coffee brewed here is consistently satisfying, so much so that I have tins of theoriginal blend shipped to me when I'm overseas for a long period of time. Donuts and TimBits here have always been fresh, andwhether I'm going for the safe, known original varieties or trying a seasonal offering I've always left with a smile. Breakfastsandwiches are good, perhaps not great, but inexpensive and exactly as I expect them to be. I haven't tried the wraps and othersandwich options so I can't venture an opinion... Forget the drive-through. Step inside, take a load off, breathe in thetantalizing smells, enjoy the attention of the friendly staff. I'm sure I'll see you there... Read more
Short line up but loooong wait. Then communication is not good and had to repeat 3, 4 times. Then after all that, I asked for... napkin and ketchup.... They give me literally 1 of each. Lol. This Tim's owner cracks the whip sorta speak. They obviously aremore concerned with profits and not service levels as the location is busy. Keep up the good work guys ???????????????? Read more
Ordered breakfast here and the food was horrible, the hashbrowns tasted off and the breakfast wraps had no sauce, all food... tasted like it was made the night before and left out. The staff seemed miserable and un inviting. I won't be returning here,there are many other coffee/breakfast places to go to that are higher quality. Read more
