Weekends are absolutely horrid for service at this location. Long drive thru way times. Poor customer service - no hello, good... morning or good afternoon, simply hand you your order and make you pay. No smiling either. Two ordering stations - usually onlyone is used. I?ve been asked to drive up and wait for coffees. Had to wait for 10 minutes and when the worker brought me myorder I was missing a coffee her reply ?oh did you want that?? ?. Yes i?d like the coffee I paid for. Then it was a big dealthat she had to walk back in to get the coffee I paid for. Lots of days I prefer to drive to the a McDonald?s for bettercustomer service. The food was grt. The staff was very kind and friendly. Recommend this place for a gud time.
Fresh donuts and muffins. Coffee was fresh. Went in not through drive thru as I like to see my breakfast before I buy it. Dining... area was clean as were the staff - uniforms all neat and clean. Kicking myself that I didn?t try the new birthday cake confettidonut. Not every tim hortons is as good as this one - so I don?t know what I?ll get somewhere else. By far the worst Timmies in the city. We honestly can?t remember a good experience here. Never fails. Every time we decide to... give it a try again (cause it?s the closest to where we live), something is always wrong with the order, or a machine is down,or they don?t have ingredients to make something. Just this morning?. In a hurry so we stop there. Huge line up.. Pull up tothe speakers in the drive-thru. There?s a sign on each speaker that says ?debit is down. Cash only? That?s fine. But pleaseexplain to me why you would put the signs there and not at the first of the drive-thru to save people without cash from evenentering the drive-thru?. SMH We?ll be driving the extra distance to go to literally any other Tim Hortons than this one fromnow on. Read more
Nothing beats a iced coffee in summers ? definitely recommend trying it. Just ask to add a lil cream to balance out the sugar,..
The food is always good. But they prioritize the drive thru over walk in customers.
