This morning I ordered a small dark roast coffee with three cream, and a maple bacon breakfast sandwich on a double toasted... English muffin. The coffee that I got tasted a little off as though there was some chemical in it because they may have washedtheir pot or their machine and not rinsed it well enough. Also, the sandwich did not have the standard two or three strips ofbacon, and it was cold and not double toasted. Biting into the sandwich, I felt the flower from the English muffin on my tonguewhich was very distasteful, and it was cold and not good. I took the sandwich back in to the store and explain to them that thesandwich was cold, and that there were only that one strip of bacon with a few crumbs, and not double toasted. The next signwhich they gave to me was warm. However, it did not have the maple bacon bacon, nor was it double toasted because it was stillsoft and flour tasting. I think this restaurant was more concerned about putting out the products and serving the customers asquickly as possible as opposed to ensuring that they enjoyed their food experience. Recently the customer service is one of the WORST, going through the drive through most of the times they get the order wrong or... they simply blame the customer. Their Tim?s Rewards computer system does not work and they blamed it on the customer, both meand my friends Tim card rewards and paying through phone does not work. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME IT DOES NOT WORK. If it doesn?twork just notify the customer, I was blamed for trying to skip out on paying, they swiped my Tim?s card almost 4 times. Thatthey simply do not know their menu to the point they say, we don?t have it. (I ordered a large iced coffee DD but they said theydidn?t have only for me to correct them that they acknowledged they had it) Also my drink had a layer of unstirred sugar. Awww Read more

Today I went to get two of the new bowls Tim Hortons is promoting which I was excited about. When I got to the speaker, I felt... I was treated poorly. First I didn?t know lime cilantro didn't have chicken so I wanted to add it to the bowl for my order and Igot a very rude attitude as if I knew what the bowl Ingredients consisted on. Once i got my order. No bag, no napkins, I waslucky I got some forks. I missed to ask for a receipt that?s why I?m posting my concern on here. Maybe they need to train thestaff to explain and have better attitude towards customers. Isn?t this about customer service? Read more

Went here for breakfast this morning. First off we said just a minute and they kept pushing us to order. Then we asked for a... steak and egg sandwich, they said oh sausage. I said no steak. He said oh bacon. I said not steak? S.T.E.A.K and literallyspelled it out. Then I asked for a passion fruit lemonade and I got only a lemonade? also my hash brown when eating was rockhard. Couldn?t bite through it. Definitely OLD food. They need to learn to speak English and listen instead of cutting peopleoff. Please throw out food that is old. Read more

Please be cautious while ordering there .Today during the peak hours I did order 2 chicken wrap with a smooth and paid $22.... While tasting the wrap it was too terrible and deadly to eat. It was like a rock and tasted mixed tuna salad tas in thechicken wrap. The smooth tasted totally different from the other stores. I thought of reporting to food and safety departmentbut due to less time I couldn't make it. I felt like they severed previously prepared food may be more than 3 hours . Hopethey may be accountable to public those visit to buy trusting their food delivery and services. Read more
