First time was a couple weeks ago my fiancé and I ordered dozen donuts and so I grabbed a vanilla dip one and no joke it smelt... and tasted like someone vomited on the donut or near it and must of got on the donut. I ended up vomiting from it and my fiancéeven smelt the donut and he gagged because it smelt so bad and gross. Never have had a donut since that day. This morningNovember 16th/22 I ordered a candy cane white hot chocolate and got a regular hot chocolate and no whip cream or toppings on itand then also asked for a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and I got an everything bagel toasted with butter. Thisplace I?ve been to many times always seems to never know how to do anything properly. This was my last straw for this place andI won?t be coming back to it again! Read more
Today is the last day I go to this Tim Hortons. It single handedly puts me in a bad mood. They have 2 lanes for the drive... through but only seem to help one lane. 7 cars went through on the one side before they even said hi through the speaker on theside I was on and this happens often! Multiple times people will enter the drive through on the wrong side and cut everyone offwho has been waiting ages. It's absolutely ridiculous and a shame because I do find their coffee really good and the mostconsistent. Read more
VERY STINGY!!! I ordered Watermelon strawberry Quencher with no Ice and a cup of ice aside ( i paid for that ) on the window... they gave me half a cup of Quencher, for sure i was surprised and asked why, they said because it?s without ice!!! Even thoughthat i ordered and PAID for the ice aside!!! So i told them i ordered a Large cup and i want my order as it is, i guess this isnew to have half cups in Tim Hortons!???? Next time i?ll order it maybe they?ll give me an empty cup in a price of a Large fullcup !! So bad never going to go again to Tim Hortons, VERY STINGY!!!!!! God Bless STARBUCKS !! Read more
Took 25 minutes in drive through to get food, all that was ordered was a regular chicken noodle soup with a whole wheat bun, and... a chocolate croissant. When we got to the window, there were no croissants left. I don't think there was any when we ordered butthey took the order without mentioning that part. Then we asked for a chocolate chip muffin, which they said they had no moremuffins left at all. Not super impressed, won't be coming back to this location. Read more
Employees busy in gossips and showing attitude to their customers. I came here two times both time got wrong order and long... wait. They always try to prove their customers wrong and not apologize for their mistake. I will not come back here. Ownershould work on employees. I hope I can give them 0 star. Read more
Great location with lots of seating .. staff is great coffee's always awesome. Service is a bit slow
The new girl Cathy makes the best coffee, she understands the importance of starting your work day on a good note with a perfect... cup of coffee. Consistency is her style, that's why I drive past two other Tim's to get my coffee before work. When it's madewith love, that makes the difference. Read more
