ordered decaf to the drive thru its not even hot at all i go inside they chage it same cold decaf
Went to drive thru, had the unpleasant experience of dealing with apparently their supervisor name Neil. When I asked for... clarification on what I was possibly ordering he laughed as if I should've known. I pulled up to the service window and wastold no manager is a available and only the supervisor Neil is. He claimed to not laugh and so to give me the benefit of doubt Iasked him what was it that I misunderstood and he wasn't able to explain. As I was taling to him his poor listen skills were ondisplay and lack of customer service skills from their leadership team clearly shows why this particular Tim Hortons has so manynegative reviews. This place can?t get their orders right from coffee to food you better make sure you check your food & drinks before driving... away. Maybe spend some more time getting orders right instead of trying to get you drive thru time down I rather wait an extra 2mins if it means I will get what I ordered. Hi I went with my sister to get coffee today afternoon . After we placed our order we saw a lady stocking doughnuts in the... display . There was a doughnut lying on the floor on the display , she picked it up and placed it on the tray with the otherfresh doughnuts. How can we expect that our food was not dirty . Slow response to customer , they talk to each other like nobody there, there is guy with his hair jumping everywhere, same guy... leave the customer windows to help one of the worker buy some kind of cup and then ignore everybody on the line to go back tothe window and continue his work This is Secound time I got bad experience at this location, First time one of the girl got madat me because I asked her to pot my donate on small box not in bag and now today Never go there if you want to enjoy your foodor coffee, they will ruin your mood for sure, Read more
