Bad service crew, as always. orders messed up chaos inside. it has been the same poor service for many years. Great location bad... service. Today the young boy working at drive through window kept lifting his shirt and scratching his stomach under his shirt,then used same hands to hand me my drink after putting the lid on. the worst part is he wasn't hiding it, i could see himclearly and he didnt think this was wrong. I had a wonderful time yesterday going to this Tim Hortons. I am just visiting here for more than 7 months in Edmonton. I had... nice lunch all by myself. The employees are nice and hard working. Stopped in for a cold brew this evening, the young person who made it for me was very particular and actually made the beverage... twice because he was not satisfied. I was impressed that he did this instead of giving me a beverage that I might not have beenhappy with. That little bit of extra attention to detail didn?t go unnoticed, and it was appreciated. They don't train their staff to fulfill orders properly causing my last 4 orders from here in the last 2 weeks to be wrong... every. single. time. Then they expect you to drive all the way over to their location to get the correct one fulfilled. Pay formy gas and assure proper training and I'll change my review. Read more

Yuck. Ordered a hot chocolate with half hot water and she told me I should have ordered a mocha. Isn?t that half coffee, half... chocolate? What I got was a cup of hot sweet cardboard-tasting cup of undrinkable sludge. Read more
