Placed an order and saw when I got home that all 3 items were wrong. They made me drive all the way back and bring back the... wrong dishes, and wait while they made the correct ones. This place has the most delicious authentic best Indian food in Edmonton my favourite place and i recommend this place to every... one my whole family and my friends my son and his friends love tandoor.. try them you won?t be dissatisfied and definitely willbe back . Not good food and very bad customer service, owner is rude and the girls on the front counter really bad customer service. I... ordered food from skip the dishes and they delivered half the food and half they said we are not gonna deliver to you and whenwe get there they are not speaking well in the way they have to speak with the customer. And really bad food I advise pleasedon?t go there just choose other Indian restaurant rather than tandoor if you wanna taste the Indian food go to little india orsomewhere where you get better food and good customer service which is the first priority for any restaurant. This was my first time visiting here .customer service was very poor , no one come to ask if we need anything after giving us... food , no smile on face while serving the food and even when we said thank you there was no reply. We really find this placerude . Will not visit here again. But the food was good. They have to understand that if customer came to their place they haveto deal with smile. The food was excellent. We were sat close to the door and unfortunately, with people coming in, we felt quite chilly. Their... coconut Naan is amazing!! We had coconut rice, coconut Naan and mild butter chicken. As a starter we had the Gobi Manchurian(Cauliflower 65). It had more heat than sweet, but did not disappoint. I have been eating food from The Tandoor for more than a decade now. Considering the inflation I do get the hardships that come... with it running a business but the other day when I order a couple of wraps I was stunned to see the amount of fries thisrestaurant has come down to is just pathetic. I have noticed the portions going down big time when the management changed butyesterday one of the wraps had literally 5 fries in it. I guess its time to explore new food options around the south side. Read more
