This is an old favorite going on 40 years. The food is always good and consistent. The service is great with a special shout... out to Michael, who we seemingly get every time. He knows our name and what we all usually eat. Pretty good as we only goabout three or four times a year. Price of meal includes salad or soup, meal, and dessert. Unlimited fresh bread loaves andbutter mean you never leave hungry. In today's price market for eating out, this place is very reasonable. A bonus is that itis locally owned. Read more

WARNING: BUGS IN FOOD Came here for lunch with some friends and had a horrible experience. I ordered a steak sandwich and agreed... to a caesar salad knowing it was a little extra. My meal came with a GIANT bug in my food. I had only had a few bites, and I letthe waitress know and I asked her not to bring me a replacement as it was mortifying. She responds with a "oh no" in a verycasual way, as if this is something she has seen before. When our meals came, my whole table was picking apart our food in fearfor more bugs. When I received the bill, nothing was taken off the bill, other than the fact that she removed the extra chargefor asking for a Caesar salad instead of a garden salad. I'm horrified by the experience, and upset that I hardly even gotcompensation for it. Read more

Always a fantastic time at this location of The Old Spaghetti Factory. I?ve visited here for many celebrations, including my... birthdays, graduation , etc; and every time it has consistently impressed me and my family. The service is friendly andefficient, who regularly check you have fresh bread and that your drinks are filled. The food is high quality and very tasty.Awesome prices with meals that conveniently come with an entree , main, drink and dessert that always leaves you stuffed andwith leftovers. However I recommend the next time someone places an order for takeout put utensils in the bag... it's one extra step... to add them to the bag not everyone who orders pickup is heading back home... Place was super busy after an Oilers game. Sara was our server and we didn't have to wait very long for her to come to us, but... even still she politely apologized for the wait. She was very friendly and very attentive to us. There were two of us and wehad the rainbow tortellini pomodoro and the pot-pourri spaghetti sampler. One meal we got the Minestrone soup and one with theside salad. Our bread loaf came super speedy, and our meals not long after. For how busy the place was, we definitely expectedto wait way longer than we did. Both meals were delicious and both pasta cooked perfectly! Both meals came with a scoop ofspumoni ice cream for dessert, and after everything, we were both comfortably full. No issues, no complaints, would definitelygo here again! Read more
