I come into this place and they know my order! I?m not a consistent regular but it?s always good to know how dedicated this... location is to serving there customers! Absolutely amazing! Food was tasty! Service was friendly! Lunch was so good, we order a bowl for dinner too. Lady helping us put... all the protein and salad dressing on the side so our dinner will be crunchy and fresh. Even gave us a $2 coupon each for nexttime. Highly recommend! Read more
We usually love this location and go regularly, but I started noticing with the sunshine wrap that the avocado was getting more... sparse. Sure enough I ordered tonight and there was not a piece of avocado to be found. They charge more for this wrap becauseof the avocado, so I'm not terribly impressed to say the least. Woman was rude as we were telling her we waiting for other to walk in with us to order? and it stunk like body odour (B.O) as u... walked in , I tried to look at what to order in line as We waited BUT man oh man it stunk so bad we lost our appetite ???? ????????????????????? that smell was strong .. and during a pandemic you think they would advise the employees to stay clean andperhaps shower before work and use underarm deodorant or something up to standard health code ,it smelt dirty. ????????sorry wewent to another chopped location where it was great ???? I will not return to this location, and possibly not Chopped Leaf at all if this is the way they all operate. I have multiple... and severe food intolerances, so custom salad bars are the only safe place to eat out. I ordered a custom salad, asking aboutdifferent ingredients, explicitly mentioning that I have food allergies. I placed my order and took the salad to go. When I gotto my location, I opened the box and noticed a pita chip on top. I have a severe intolerance to gluten. I did NOT ask for pitachips. Chopped Leaf is lucky it did not crumble in transit. This should NOT be offered as a garnish without asking the customerfirst. Additionally, while I had a LOT of lettuce, the portions of everything else were paltry. When I order at Chopped Leaf?scompetitor, Freshii, the bowl is stuffed to bursting, with 1/3-1/2 cup of each topping. I had maybe 1-2 tbsp each of bacon bits,apples, carrots and avocado?which were the only toppings I could even have. (I wanted rice, but it?s seasoned with chillipepper. Why?!). I cannot recommend this place to others without a full refund for my deplorable salad. Read more
