The cashiers are poorly trained with minimum English. It seems instead of providing a good service, they?d rather rob their... customers and make them feel uncomfortable. She got my order wrong and refused to give a refund. I asked for a tuna sandwich andshe thought I asked for 2. As soon as she gave me the food I asked her why there?s 2 separate sandwiches, she said I asked forit.. even though I never said I want 2. She was raising her voice towards me in front of other customers and telling me sheasked me multiple times if I wanted 2, which she didn?t do. When I was trying to express to her that there?s been amiscommunication and it?s definitely not my fault, she ignored me and started telling the other customers how annoying and rudeI was. Horrible experience. I?ll never be returning back here. Please value yourself and don?t allow poorly run businesses likethis take advantage out of you by giving them your money. Worst service ever today , !!!! This lady cheats out on ingredients and makes portions so small and chopped ain?t cheap to buy... either. And didn?t follow specifc instructions, lucky my son didn?t eat it without fully checking it, FOOD Allergy!!!!!!! Couldof rushed him to hospital , and she?s was sooooo slow to make 1 meal . I?ve been coming to this location since it opened, so I can tell when somethings changed. Customer service is great but portion... sizes are smaller and I only get half the amount sauce that I used to get for the price I?m paying. Not sure if this will be mygo-to chopped leaf anymore. Read more
Ordered wrap + soup combo. There was only one person working behind the counter (with line up of 4). The soup was served almost... cold unfortunately & the chicken in the wrap was chewy. Perhaps this was a one-off but not great value for the price. Read more
For 5 dollars, you too can get half of what you were expecting for soup and also not even get the one you asked for! Make sure... you check your bags before you leave if you are doing Togo, I didn't want to write a review but this has been multiple timeswhere my order hasn't been correct. Read more
Staff were friendly but the portion size was extremely sad. I've been to a lot of chopped leaf locations and this was the worst... of all of them. I am usually full after having a wrap but not today. They need to learn how to actually give good portions. Ican't believe I paid $10 for what was basically half a wrap. Read more
First time here. Place was clean. Service was good. The Thai curry soup was decent. The spicy chicken sandwich was very thin.... Lack of ingredients and only toasted on one side. If it wasn?t for the dip, there wouldn?t have been much flavour. The signaturechopped salad was delicious. Lots of parking. I would go back if I have to but it won?t be my first choice. Read more
