No flavour, terrible wrap :( This is how I recieved my order
Friendly staff. Excited to try this location as I used to go to city center at lunch and liked the location was a little closer... than freshii to my home. Food was awful. Did a build your own salad bowl. The lettuce mix was wilted, vinaigrette was very oilyand the highly overpriced avocado half was super hard and inedible. Rice in both my bowl and my daughter chickie bowl was superdry. It stuck in both our throats. Would not go back. Read more
Staff is friendly and personable. I usually either drop in or call ahead if I’m tight on time (generally it’s about 10mins... or less for them to get it ready). My current favourite is bowl #6 with avocado & grilled chicken added, plus a bowl of theirThai soup. Sooooo good! Order my favorite Baja quesidilla and, as per usual asked for 2 containers of salsa instead of 1 salsa and 1 ranch. When I... opened the containers both were filled to the point that it just covered the bottom of the containers, maybe a 1/4 full at best.Bit into my quesidilla and all the filling fell out. When I opened it up I saw there was next to nothing for cheese. This placeused to be fantastic when it first opened but it has really gone downhill. If I could I would give zero stars. Read more
October 2021 - 1 ? rating Ordered my favourite "Pegasus" salad Quick service While eating my salad, I bite into a seeded olive... and that wasn't a good experience. So my rating goes down to only 1 ?. That bite hurts ???? A little "bite" disappointed???? I'm not sure now if I'll be back as I don't want to the chances of damaging my teeth because you guys are using cheapseeded olives and it should be unseeded! Extremely disappointed in the tuna melt sandwich. For the price paid I expected more tuna in the sandwich. It was made with... plain white bread that is just like eating cardboard! I was looking at the menu before ordering and debating between the tunaand turkey. When the server asked me if I wanted white or brown bread I was confused thinking of must have only been theturkey that offered sourdough or wholegrain. Well I look at the menu now, no it was supposed to be the tuna also. Wish I hadpaid better attention. Overall terrible experience will never recommend to anyone nor come back here Read more
Very poorly made food for the price you pay. I’m not one to say bad things but when it’s this poorly made for the hard... earned money people make come on. Please take this as a need to improve your product. I know my choice will be else where. Freshmade ?? McDonald’s does better these days than this. The truth can hurt but doing nothing about this will hurt more to agreat name. Very disappointed and will not return. Read more
Called 15 mins before I’d arrive at restaurant to pick up my order so it would be ready. When I arrived, there was not a... single customer in the restaurant and the person working was filling the fridge. When I said I was there to pick up, only thendid she start to make my order. No point in calling ahead for an order at this location. While I was watching her make my wrap,she kept using these tongs and dipping them back in the same yellow water with floaties. Soooo gross. If this is what they havevisible to clients, I’d hate to see what is not visible. Don’t recommend this location. Read more
