Good tasty food. Had the quesadillas. Lunchtime was busy, food is prepared fresh, so it was a bit slow. It was obvious though... that the staff were very methodical in their approach so I'm not griping about the speed, just advising. Read more
EDIT: Cleaned immediately. I’ve updated to 5 stars. Thank you for responding diligently to customer concerns. Great food,... friendly staff, never a bad experience. Except… it’s SO dusty on all of the lights, cameras and everything else hanging fromthe ceiling. The tables that people eat at are under these dust covered things and every time I go in there, I’m disgusted. Iwould never dine in. Please clean! Read more
Went today to get Bowl 2. Ordered Bowl 2 with clear instruction for tuna as protein , reached home only to find it was Tofu... they put instead of Tuna.Poor service. Very disappointed. Read more
Love the salad. Unfortunately the tuna isn’t in chunks so it dosnt look appetizing. But the flavours are top notch.
Went in today to get my usual salad. Asked for Kalamata Olives - paid extra to have them in my salad, and didn't get any.... Lettuce is wilted and certainly not fresh. Very disappointed. Read more
The food is always delicious here. However this time when I came to the location it looked like there was only one staff member... working when there is normally two. The floors were slippery from people coming in from outside and I almost slipped in theentrance. I think the business should consider having another person on hand when its busy to mop the floors especially in thisseason to avoid injury and a potential lawsuit. Read more
This location needs to be re-trained on how to make the rice, it's ALWAYS overcooked. Ruins the entire bowl because all you get... is mushy rice clumps. For $15 you expect a lot better quality. Any other location the rice has always been seperate grains andnot clumps. Plus, every other location always puts a pita chip in the whole bowl #3 and this location seems annoyed when I askfor the pita chip even though I was under the impression it's supposed to come with it. Anyway, might seem small but when you'rehungry and the meal is ruined it really sucks. Read more
They do not deserve anyone's business!! We have been steady customers at this location for a number of years. Visited again... last week and the guy (appears to be manager) had such a bad attitude, it was disgraceful!! We got to the counter to order, hejust starred at us waiting for us to order. No "hello", no "what can I get for you today".... So after an awkward silence Iordered my wrap..... He then starred at my husband waiting for him to order...... It smelt badly of burnt food..... We sat downand waited for our wraps to be made...... Finally got them and the chicken was literally charred black and tasted so burnt! Bythis point our experience was so bad we couldn't even be bothered to ask for new wraps..... We will not be returning. Will takeour lunch breaks elsewhere. You can't treat your customers like this!
