Very good service. I asked a staff for a recommendation based on my preferences and they suggested a passion fruit green tea.... The staff waited for me to take a sip and asked how I liked the drink. Very attentive and friendly staff. Will definitely beback again. Read more
As far as milk tea drinks are concerned, The Alley is one of the premier places in Edmonton to visit. This location, in... particular, is staffed by friendly, detail-oriented employees who strive to prepare the drinks in a timely fashion. The manager,Henry, goes above-and-beyond to ensure that all customers are treated well. My family will continue to come here. Read more

came all the way from sask to edmonton, and i had heard a LOT about this bubble tea shop. and i’m obsessed with bubble teas so... i’ve tried a lot of shops, so i found this below average.. considering how popular it is. the tapioca was very hard and thetea had no taste at all.\n\ndon’t know if i was supposed to try a different flavour? idk. I tried the brown sugar deerioca fever with fresh milk. Pretty good. Price is also on the steep side - $6 for a regular size.
I like The Alley drinks, as mentioned in another review for another location. I went to this location two days straight, and was... told they’re out of the Deerioca Ube Puff - and that’s okay they were out and nothing much anyone could do aboutthat.\n\nHowever, I went yesterday (Monday) and ordered the Deerioca Ube Puff and got no Ube in it. It wasn’t a Deerioca UbePuff (clearly)! Then, I asked for less ice (it was -18 outside) and the the girl said sorry, we add ice according to the recipeand can’t adjust it. So I asked again politely and she said then your drink will be less in quantity is that okay. And I saidyeah that is fine.\n\nMy question is, you’re charging 7+ bucks for a drink, that people are willing to pay for but clearlymaking less quantity of the drink and then adding a ton of ice to it. The Alley has great flavours, absolutely no doubt aboutit, but guys I’m disappointed with the whole ice deal that’s going on at your stores. I can be a loyal customer, but I needto see what you’re willing to do for your customers?!\n\nPlease check the amount of ice you put in your drinks!
