I got také out from this location last night, 2 orders of Pád sew. When I got the food home 20 minutes later, although the... food was still piping hot, it was just two bowls of mushy noodles! Wow, what great service! My messy kids spilled their pop all over the ground and the staff cleaned it up right away, even they... were busy, and with a smile and words of encouragement to the kids. The pop tasted a bit flat so they swapped out bottle drinksfree of charge. Food was fresh and tasty. I wish I lived in Edmonton so I could go back. Read more

Stay Away. There is one younger girl working there that is nice I wish she served me instead, and it is too bad a supervisor or... manager was not there when I went in but I've written a complaint to head office. One of the ladies prefers to make thecustomers wrong and argue with them, and claim they are giving the customer free items for their mistakes in telling thecustomer it is just their system, apparently they change your entire order even when you ask for a specific menu # and modifyit. Thought I was just getting a slightly modified order, instead she said it is just how they do things and punched in adifferent dish entirely with entirely different vegetables. And unfortunately the food was not good either. I'm really sad, andshocked that this one lady just is too headstrong proud and stubborn to stop and think about the problem with doing my order andhelp the customer. I am also not a confrontational person at all and the fact that the lady was just rude and said she didn'tthink she wanted to serve me if I come back and they can't just give out freebies. I went home in shock and sad, shaking my headthat I am even writing this complaint. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my order.I asked and paid for extra broccoli only to receive barely any in my order. The fish... was breaded, drenched in oil and the noodles were completely stuck together. They seem to cater to their Skip orders over theircustomers in store. Thai Express is a good place for tasty food and friendly service. I always enjoy the Pad Sew and my wife likes the soup. We... have been coming here since it opened and even before that for a few years. This location is fairly new so is in good condition.It is clean and well lit. The washrooms are clean. We will keep coming as we live in the area and sometimes go here before amovie as the movie theatre is right here. In the past the service has been good and food hot and tasty and we expect it willremain the same. Read more
