This place is usually great but tonight the cashier is on one. He/they were so hostile during ordering for no reason. I sat... there while my partner ordered listening to it in disbelief. Then the proteins of our two dishes were mixed up. We are notwasteful so we ate it. It was still good as always. But the cashier tonight was awful. I will give no star if I could. We ordered through uber and the noodles is soo dry, they did not put any utensils so how am i... suppose to eat the noodles?? By hand??? I asked for a spicy pad thai, I repeated the fact that it SHOULD BE spicy twice because the cashier did not pay attention. The... guy said ?Ok? without asking me what type of meat I want or what level of spicy. NOTHING. I ended up having a chicken one thatwas not even mild. The cashier guy was being quite annoyed for some reason and he acts like he hates his job or something. Thepad thai I ate at other Thai express restaurants uses chicken breast meat but this one they used the chunk of fried chicken thatis a bit soggy and dried on the inside. My husband went today to get me lunch from this location. granted I understand it can be a busy time for them. He then brought... my lunch to my worker place when I opened the bag I realized it was not what I ordered My husband has to drive back to thislocation to get my order they then asked him for the other order back that he had already dropped off to me!! He explained tothem that he has dropped it off to his wife work place and when she opened the order she realized it was not what she ordered.Then proceeded to give him the item I had ordered. He now had to drive back to my workplace to give me the order I check it andit has no coconut milk and it tasted horrible. Needless to say I am done with all Thai express location period. The food here brought back fond memories of eating Thai Express back in the grade school days.. I have tried their classics -... the pad see ew and cocktail pad Thai which are always go-to items and they have a discovery menu on every day of the week if youwant to try something new. The portions are generous, the cooks are well trained, and the staff is very kind. Perfect place forstudents as they offer discounts and quick, reasonably healthy meals! Read more
