Idk what happened this place all of a sudden took such a dip in quality. The pad Thai is either uncooked and raw or soaking and... drenched in a pool of sauce. This seems to be the case when the old cook is making the food. Service was quick, but food was bland and the fountain drink tasted like carbonated water, no syrup. I ordered the pad thai... combo, where on the sign it says it comes with a drink and a roll. The employee gave me the drink but not the roll. After Ibrought it to his attention, he said it was one or the other, even though the sign clearly says "and". I pointed this out and hepretty much ignored me and specified to the next customer that it was one or the other. If you dont want customers feeling likeyou're trying to rip them off, fix your sign to represent what you're actually offering. Read more

The South Edmonton Common location of Thai Express is a pretty decent place. Their service is quick, the food is really good... (especially when it's freshly cooked and still hot), and the place is tidy. The employees are also very approachable andfriendly. We have been to this location a couple of times and every visit has the same overall experience. Read more
