It's all about the chilli oil here!!.. If you love deep rich beefy flavour and a zesty zing bath in chilli oil with the... freshest handmade noodles and buns, this is it. OMG.. started with the Mount Qi Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger). This deep beefyflavoured beef in a bun reminds me of douban jiang sauce that's used in the Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Had the main meal, MountQi dry noodle with pork, what a combo. This meal on its own can be described as heaven on earth... What is in this Mount Qisauce that brings every texture of taste and have a party in your mouth. .....savory, salty, sour, spicy, beefy!!!!! Wife andkids had the braised beef noodle soup.. comparable to Taiwanese beef noodle soup that has its own twist... it's a bit more oilyspicy as my wife say.
