Absolutely horrible. Went there cause I love taco time.. their meat tastes it was mixed with seasoning to benefit the... demographic of people in the area. The meat tasted like Indian spices and nothing else. I love Indian food but not in my taco.Spoke with the employee who told me the meat spice was unavailable since covid... not sure I believe that at all. I love taco time so I went to try this place again but the guy serving was rude. ... this location has very rude staff . Last... time I went there they were fighting with a skip drive because he won't tell them his name. The skip driver even showed hisphone for order no. Never coming back after seeing worst customer service twice from this location. Read more
Gave this location a second chance as our first experience was a bit iffy regarding toppings etc etc. Will NEVER be going back.... Paid over 30$ for two combos. Skimpy on all toppings, very little beef in burritos. Basically lettuce a little bit of meat ,dash of cheese. Read more
I haven't been to this taco time in years, and after today's experience I can definitely say I won't ever be back. My tacos... today we're absolutely disgusting. I almost threw up trying to eat one, the meat smelt sour and and to be sure I took a smallbite of the 2nd one to make sure it wasn't just the one .... Nope. It was absolutely both. I took them back and they offered tomake me new "fresh" ones, I had paid extra for sour cream the first go around but when they were finishing the new ones thestaff member asked if I still wanted sour cream - I said yes that I checked the old ones and it was definitely the meat that wassour, but when I unwrapped them she didn't put it on. I took a couple tentative bites of the new one and it was exactly thesame. I ended up just tossing them in the trash and now I feel queasy. I can't believe I paid money for that .... So gross! Unfortunately for taco time which at any other location I absolutely love. This was my first and last experience with this... location. I ordered 2 beef and cheese burritos, when I finally got to eat them the first sign was the smell . The beef smeltdays if not weeks old. Second the taste, you could definitely tell they were using days old beef. And thirdly the burritosthanks to the old beef I have ended up with mild food poisoning. As someone who has worked in the food service industry foralmost 2 decades, I have to say management needs to take a closer look at the food safe practices of this location beforesomeone ends up sicker then myself. The owner or whoever was working there (the older man) was super rude and awful, I first ordered a regular deluxe Nachos, I paid... and waited for like 10-15 minutes for it to be done, picked up the food and went to Starbucks across the street from the mall,upon opening the food I realized he gave me a Large regular nacho which consists of a bit of tomato and cheese sauce on nachochips. I immediately went back and told him this wasn?t what I paid for considering I wanted the regular size of deluxe which isthe same price as the large regular, he then continued to tell me he knows what came out of my mouth better then me and knowswhat I ordered better then me. I asked the person who was with me if he knew what I asked for and he agreed I ordered theregular deluxe. He was beyond rude and misleading. I finally agreed to pay the extra $1 or 30 cents for him to just fix hismistake and put the beef on my nachos and he said no I?d have to pay the full amount. I ended up leaving the $8 nachos I paidfor but didn?t ask for at the counter after continuously asking him to fix his mistake. He was loud and rude towards me raisinghis voice when I asked politely repeatedly for him to fix his mistake or just to add the extra toppings and I?ll pay the extrafew dollars. Wasted money and horrible customer service and will never go back. I?ve been to countless taco times and they?vealways had the best customer service. I know see why this place has so many bad reviews. Will be letting other people know notto come to this location as well. I used to love taco time, it was far superior than taco bell. The food is expensive for what you get now, $30 for 2 small... burritos, 2 pops and 2 mexi fries?! The meat was terrible, it was so dry and bitter like it was sitting in the container forhours. There was no sauce with it. The food ended up making me sick, I will never be back here. Read more
