This Taco Bell location is a joke! The business hours says 10am to 11pm, came in at 5:45pm and the door is locked! Called the... staff and the guy said that we have to order and wait for our food OUTSIDE at -15°C, because there's no dine-in. I was notgoing to eat there, I was buying to enjoy my food at home, but having to wait outside at that cold temperature was unacceptable.I felt like I was asking for a favor and other customers were also very upset by the situation. The food was not good as well,small portion and not so tasty. This was my 1st and last visit. I wish I could give negative stars!!! Read more
Food is usually cold and soda is warm and flat with no ice, based on other reviews it seems their soda machine has been broken... for more than 6 months. Read more

Dont go here; Got some tacos, wraps and some salty packing peanuts which they call "cinnamon twists". The beef tacos had some... nasty cold chili sauce and were thrown together against a wall or something, im not sure how they did that. When we orderedonline, didnt get half the sauces we ordered and everything was room tempature (besides the taco chili sauce, idk how thats evenpossible), drinks didnt have lids fully on and this was a $50 " meal for 4", barely had enough for 3 people. Seriously the worst fast food experience I've had. My fries and tacos were colder than the pop I was served, and the pop was... room temperature. The tacos actually tasted like the cardboard they came in, and not in a "you're just eating at taco bell"kind of way... Reading other reviews, they've been serving warm pop for AT LEAST a year now because the machine won'twork! Don't waste your money hoping you'll get a better experience out of this location, just go down the street and picksomething else. This place should seriously just close or get new management that actually care a little about quality. Read more
1 star is generous. The drive-thru is incredibly slow and when I received my order, the 1 soft taco was so stale it had the... texture of a hard taco. The fillings were so minimal upon picking it up I thought it was empty. I actually started laughing. Iordered extra sour cream and the container was 1/4 of the way filled up. Like, less than a level teaspoon worth of sourcream. Soda was flat, warm, and had no ice. $19 in the trash, because I though the entire order in the trash. Seriously gross.Won?t be back. Read more
I went through the drive thru. Initially, I wanted the Cheesy Gordita Crunch with chicken instead of beef. They were out of... chicken. A chicken restaurant our of chicken??!! So I ordered the Steak Burrito combo with fries Supreme. I drove home to eatmy meal (5 minutes away). Started with the Fries Supreme, the fries were cold. Moved on to the Steak Burrito and it had beansinstead of Steak. So I called the restaurant and was told that the person working made it correctly. She asked if I wanted tocome back for a replacement, I said no, I was already home but would come back another day for it. I was put on hold so shecould talk to the manager. I was then told I could come back for 50% off the next time as the person says they made itcorrectly. I don't know who trained these people but when someone makes an effort to call, it is your job as an employee to makeit right. What a joke. Will never return. Read more
Our order was wrong (got a crunch wrap instead of burrito supreme), also missing an order of fries (the 1 order I recieved of... fries tasted gross anyways & couldn't finish it ) my pop was flat.
