Have ordered 3 times at this location. 2 of the 3 times I was left with just the soggy fries as both times the meat was raw, not... a little pink, but like barely cooked at all. At first I thought it's a one time mistake as the previous visit my food wasfantastic. But first was chicken along with my girlfriends, second time was pork ribs(how do you even manage to serve raw ribsif its cooked the way that is clearly printed on your takeout boxes), plus the other reviews seeming to show a habbit of this atthis specific location. It's just not worth your money, and if you do go to this place PLEASE double check all of your foodbefore eating it. Read more

Came to this location for Father's Day we walked in and the place smelled dirty like sewage or something. We ordered our food... for a group of 7 and none of our meals came out at the same time some of our table was done eating before the last meal came.Fries were soggy chicken was dry and the service was not great. Really disappointed this time around. We wanted to eat in and after ordering were told to sit down. Manager (?) delivered food... to us with his mask below his nose. He went to leave when my husband asked him if they check vaccine passports as I am veryimmune compromised. He looked surprised. Covered his nose and then asked for our passports. He did take the cashier to the back,so guessing she was reminded to ask for them. Still not sold that they actually check for them here without being asked. Cheapplastic forks broke on both of us when we put them into our chicken. Staff were friendly despite not being asked for ourvaccine passports. Food was good, regardless. We do love their chicken and rib combos. Just unsure, as an immune compromisedperson, if we will return. We usually get our food to go from here but this experience shook our confidence a bit for dining in. Read more

Tonight my husband and I went to this Swiss Chalet/Harvey?s. I placed my order first and then when my husband decided what he... wanted he placed his order. We sat and got our food and when the food came my coleslaw had barely any dressing on it, which leftit tasteless and dry. I had to ask for a new one to be made and my husbands fries were soggy but he didn?t want to say anything.While we were eating we realized that our cashier didn?t ask us if we collect scene points. So when an employee walked by weasked him if they still give scene points. He said yes, so my husband said that the cashier didn?t ask us if we collected them.His response was ?well I don?t know I wasn?t part of it? and that ?you can?t get them now?. My husband told him that heunderstood that but for Wong (the employee) should tell the cashier that she should be asking customers if they collect. He keptarguing with my husband. So we asked for his name which if gave us no problem. But when we asked for the cashiers name he saidhe couldn?t give it because of privacy. So I asked the female cashier her name and she asked why? I told her because we want toleave a review and she said no. I said she should be wearing a name tag and she in a nasty way ?well I don?t have to?. I thenasked for her managers name and she refused to give it. I?ve never been to a restaurant where someone was so disrespectful andrude for asking their name or their managers name. How she has a job I don?t know. But she needs to be taught what good customerservice looks like. But goes to show the low standards Swiss Chalet has in their employees. We are fairly regular and are notused to this kind of treatment from other locations. But we won?t return to this company again. I paid for my meal and should betreated like a valued customer. We visited on December 9, 2020 at 9:00pm and it will be the last visit. BEWARE DO NOT GOTHERE!!!! Horrible service and food!!!! Read more
