Excellent service and food. Too many of these other reviewers complain about nothing. People have zero perspective. Let me... invite you to wait tables, wash dishes, and seat people all while being a perfectly happy individual 100% of the time. Be kindand everyone will treat you kindly. I?ve been going to this location since it opened. I?ve always had a good experience usually, with only a few exceptions. One... thing I will say though is that Keng, who I swear has worked there since it opened, has ALWAYS been amazing. She takesincredibly good care of us and always works her butt off. We had a large party of 10 that dined in Saturday night and were so impressed with the quality of service we received given that... we were a big table. Our server?s name was Keng and she remembered all our orders by memory (so impressed!), was reallyknowledgeable about the menu and offered efficient and friendly service. One of the worst experiences that I ever had. The waitress's was rude, unfriendly, and you were left with experience that they... didn't want to be there and you (being the customer weren't welcome). The greeter was rude & literally slammed the menus on thetable, even the table wasn't cleaned. When we received the bill we were overcharged, we did get some money back but the waitresswouldn't even give the receipt back when I said I needed it for expenses, she said she needed for her manager?????? Gave meanother customer receipt. I have loved going to Swiss Chalet for 20+ years, but this restaurant is the worst experience I EVERHAD!!!!!! Read more
Not going back. The person was rude and shouldn't be in customer service industry. When I asked what the sides were he just... vaguely pointed up. As I'm staying in the hotel across I decided to go to them for food. Last time their chicken and servicewas good. The other person that was there before was nice, polite and helpful. The food and service was excellent. However the poor server was by herself and run off her feet with how busy it was. They are... very lucky to have her because no one else could serve as well as she does that busy. The server deserves a 15 out of 10 ormaybe even more that is how good she is.
