When we dine at any swiss chalet our fur baby is always with us, so we order a piece of chicken for him which we bring out to... him when we are done. The last time we were there we noticed after we left they charged $12.00! Today when we were near there westopped in again,and my Husband explained to the manager what we were charged and they said "yes that's the price and we can'tchange it" My Husband explained that the one in Sherwood Park only charges half that. The manager ( who btw is not friendly) hadno explanation why. So Hubby just saved some chicken for our dog I only ordered soup and there was no tip given. What was a$100.00 meal 2 weeks ago was $46.00 today and needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment. From now on wewill travel the distance to sherwood park where the service, friendliness, and prices are 90% better than we recieved at thisestablishment! Read more
Do not order delivery service from here. The delivery tracker is always wrong, they are always late. The food is just cold.... Called customer service they didn?t real care but they took notes. Transferred me to the store to talk to him. Talk getting therun a round. So frustrated. I will never order from here again!!! Read more
Long waits for everything (to be seated, get drinks, be able to order, get the actual food..), not lots of bang for your buck... (about 1c of lukewarm frozen veggies without seasoning as an extra side for $5), not particularly clean. But it was Swiss Chalet- the sauce was good. Read more
We have always been dining in at this place for last 4 years from my work. Management used to be so good and welcoming. New... store manager is not very friendly or welcoming. He refused to honor a coupon sent in a email from Swiss Chalet. He argued thathe is not making enough money on that order. Swiss chalet customer care intervened but did not resolve the issue tosatisfaction. Poor management. Never coming back again. Read more
This is the worst Swiss chalet in the Edmonton area. When you order a chicken poutine or chicken Caesar salad you get the least... amount of chicken here then at any other location. Like literally half the chicken. Their Caesar salad is easy 30% smaller thanany other Caesar salad at any other Edmonton location. And when I ordered they're spicy chicken sandwich was burnt. I have triedto give this place a chance over and over and it always seems to disappoint. But sadly it's the closest one to my house. TheSwiss chalet on 107th Ave is the absolute best. The servings at 107th Ave are big. The chicken is always made perfect and so arethe ribs. And the staff is amazing. The staff at 17 street could learn a lot from them. Presently surprised this location in the past has been not so good any more with not good food or service, this however was not... the experience we had today great food, great portion sizes and great service, the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is thebathrooms weren't clean, very sticky floors Read more
Honestly waited for around 10 minutes just for someone to seat us on a night where there we only 2 dinners in the dining room., ... so we left and had a great night at Montana's across the way. EDIT: Heard back from the owner and had a talk with him. Heexplained the situation and I appreciate him reaching out. Will give this location a 2nd chance. Read more
