Usually this one is OK. Today the employee asked me if I wanted the sandwich heated up. And then she asked me again, do you want... it warmed up. And then again, she asked if I wanted it warmed up. I said no, and you asked me three times, I said no. The otheremployee came over and told me I was being rude. I was not being rude in any way, or yelling, or speaking with any attitude. Isaid you asked me three times already if I wanted it warmed up. I do not want it warmed up I am never rude to retail workers orfood service workers as I work in retail myself. I work in the mall and go to the subway at the main foodcourt frequently. The staff is friendly , however this location is very... inconsistent, whether that be with there salads , how much meat they give , essentially you do not get what you pay for and Iactually walk to the other end of the mall to the other subway bc they are actually reasonable with what they give you . They're not shy to ask you if you want any extra bacon or meat or cheese that you pay extra (upsell $$ technique), but it would... be nice if they gave you the correct amount of meat in the 1st place!!
