Kind staff. Convenient location for pedestrians. Clean. Brightly lit.
I have worked downtown going on five years. Love subway so much that he west end and downtown know my order I don't have to tell... what I want. But these past couple of months maybe more it has been terrible service coming to this subway. The place issuppose to open 7:00 am this morning 7:30 am no bread was ready had to wait for it not giving me much time to walk to theoffice, there was no veggies ready the lettuce look like it was ready for the garbage. Sorry put you just lost a customer. Iwill make sure that I go to the west end before heading out to work. Very very poor customer service. Read more
Should be a ZERO. Absolutely DISGUSTING. This restaurant should be SHUT DOWN by Alberta Health. They are serving ROTTEN... vegetables in a FILTHY restaurant and the staff DON'T CARE. Best of all, their debit machine asks for a TIP! Here's a tip foreveryone on earth: Do. NOT. Eat. Here. I am appalled that Subway Corporate allows this franchise to exist. Read more
The server didn?t understand clear instructions. I tried correcting her in a nice manner, but didn?t even bother to look at me... or confirm anything. Never going again. They messed up two orders. Read more
Great service. Great food. Only problem is how many homeless people I've seen loitering. Also they should dispense drinks to... avoid all the people I've seen just walk in and help themselves to pop. Not just homeless either. Hire good had an employee walkin and steal. I hope they get a security guard or something. Read more

The sand which artist was rusty and fast but he still put the right amounts into the sand which. I asked too zig zag the sauce... and it really brought it all together, I highly recommend you guys ask for a zigzag next time you get a sub at subway. Read more
Average. Not great on many levels. Customer Service is meh at best.
