This is my go to store for subway most of the time. Never really had any issues till today. Both employees didn't know how to... make the item I ordered and didn't know how to type my order into the register. They seemed overwhelmed, which isn't theirfault. Management should probably make sure there's at least one knowledgeable/veteran employee on shift. And if none areavailable maybe stick around and help? Friendly staff in not the friendliest location. I also saw the staff deal with rude food delivery drivers with a lot of class... and responded appropriately! Good job on dealing with all kinds of people! You all deserve a little better from patrons! Read more
Picked up an order this evening doing Uber Eats and all the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. I think it was the... manager who even took time to say hello and have a friendly conversation. I ordered my sub and cookies through skip the dishes from work. I was super excited to get into my cookies when I discovered,... instead of giving me two, they thought it best to give 1 and a half. Anyone with a work ethic, and a customer oriented attitudewould of noticed this and not served this poor quality. I take my cookies very seriously..
