ordered from skip the dishes as i was carving a delicious sub one evening and was SOO disappointed. the loaf of bread looked... smaller than usually and there was literally barely a skiff of veggies on my sub. such a rip off.. skip only refunded 50% whichis even more disappointing considering i didn?t even eat my bland, empty sub. Went today at about 3:45PM, with two little kids for washroom use and buy them some sandwiches. However, when I asked for... washroom use, she clearly told me that I can only use washroom if I was going to buy something. I seriously changed my mind andtook kids out and used washroom somewhere else at good business and gave those good guys business. Don?t need a sub if you don?tlearn to be nice to people. Went there a few weeks ago at around 8:30 AM to get some breakfast grub. I stood near the ordering station for about 2 minutes... and no one was helping me. I assumed they couldn't see me, so I walked literally right across from the employee in the back. Istood there for about another 5 minutes waiting to order and watched her preparing these egg things in the back. I even saw herlook at me multiple times, so she knew I was there waiting. But, apparently whatever she was doing in the back was moreimportant than helping me take my order so I can get something to eat.. I just left and went to Timmy's instead since I washungry and going to be late for work if I waited any longer. Love subway, but so far the customer service has been very poor atthis location every time I have went. Not everyone has time to wait for 10 minutes to have their order taken. Placed an order for two footlongs through skip the dishes. The skip driver brought 1 6 inch sandwhich clearly the wrong order or... something. Skip gave me a refund in credits and asked me to re order again otherwise I wouldn?t get a full refund so I did. Wentback into the app and reorded my food again and when it arrived it was clearly the original sandwiches that were made an hourand half ago. Sandwiches were put back into the toaster or microwave to try and re heat as the vegetables and bread were notedible. Completely soggy and disgusting. Unacceptable for the restaurant employee to do this. Admit your mistake and make itright and make new sandwiches. Terrible, will never order or eat at this location again and will encourage others not to aswell. Do better Read more
The store hours say open 24 hrs and their open sign is on. I understand why they would want to keep it locked at night so they... provide a buzzer. However, the last 7 times I tried getting a sub after midnight, I would hit the buzzer intermittently for 15+minutes. The door never gets unlocked even if there is someone working at the sandwich counter and the restaurant is empty. Overthe past 3 months I have only been able to get in 3 times past midnight. If you advertise that your hours are open 24 hrs, thenthe workers should let people in to get a sandwich. I work nights, so there's not a lot of options when it comes to getting foodlate at night. Last year the longest I waited was 5 minutes, but this whole standing in the cold for 15 minutes and not evenbeing let in is unprofessional and if they don't want people in, then close the shop. I won't be reuturning to a location thatdoesn't care about customers and especially when it gets even colder out. Read more

The Indian girl, her name was something Preet was extremely rude. She was speaking in her own language telling the other... employee not to answer phone calls or delivery orders. It looked like she was making the sandwiches extremely slowly by purposeand had snarky remarks. Terrible service. Read more
