never will i come back here! first off the service is not friendly at all and very rude and not kind in anyway! that?s not even... the worse part, i had walked in the subway to pick up a sub and a drink i buy my sub then i go over to fill my pop and there isANTS! LIVE ANTS crawling all over the counter where the coffee and fountain machine is it?s not like there was 1 or 2 but therewas so many, i came back a second time the next week and there where still ants all over the counter clearly they aren?t dealingwith this, i do not recommend getting food from here at all!! The food was what I asked for however, these employees don't look like they want to be at work! I went there saturday morning at... 11am!! How is it possible to have that kind of attitude especially at the beginning of the day? They don't smile, they are justrushing with everything and they aren't speaking with a friendly tone, no smile, nothing. People pay for experience more thanthe food itself so please.. it doesn't hurt to SMILE!!! Read more

After the Subway app accidentally sent my order to this store instead of the Leduc store that I was at, the employee informed me... that I could not cancel the order because she made the sandwiches already, 5 minutes after I placed it. I had to drive 39minutes to the store and ask for a refund in person, which she then said she couldn't actually do it. When I asked to speak tothe manager, she gave me a number and then did not give me my food. When I followed up today, the supervisor said I refused totake the food and also couldn't have a refund and that he shouldn't have to pay for 'my mistake'. Needless to say, any otherrestaurant in this city would rather take 3.50 in food cost loss rather than telling a customer to take a hike, but not thisSubway! I will not be eating at Subway again. I went online to get subway had a coupon for 3 subs for 17.99.i copied and paste so when i went ahead it charged me 30.73.so... right away i called this subway at 5824 terrace road.and asked if he could cancel because it did not give me the coupon pricefor 17.99 .he said that he made them alreadu and i said in a couple of mins u made 3 subs.i said i don't believe that can uplease cancel.he said he would cancel at his end but i had to get my miney back from the place where the coupon.then i askedshould i call my bank to cancel he said yes.So i called my bank and the manager at subway lied to me because he was the one thatwas suppose to give me a refund. So now when i call a girl answers and say hes either gone home our stepped out.and she said hewas not. Going to refund me. What is more up setting to me was i just wanted to surprise my kids with a sub .At the end i didnot get any subs and he kept my 30.73. I went it at 9:25 on my way home from work. I was exhausted and just wanted something quick. I didn?t wanna cook. So I went to... subway (out of my way). Was told they couldn?t toast my pizza sub because it was down for cleaning but it just looked poweredoff to me. I get wanting to do something early I?m a bar server. Some slow days i do everything early like empty my ice well butif never tel someone you can?t have ice id do the little extra work to go to the back and grab ice because it was MY DECISION toshut my bar down early. It?s not the customer who should suffer. So anyway I?m now going home to cook at 9:30pm because Icouldn?t get a sub. Read more

Okay so, I get coming in 5 minutes before a place closes and being told they're closing. But we got there half an hour before... close, and they don't have half the breads, can't heat anything up, no soup, and no bacon or steak. The employee was cleaning upand trying to get ready to close. If you're going to close at 10, pay your employees to work until 11. Cleanup after the storecloses is still work and people deserve to be paid for it. Never going back here again. Read more

Ordered a Veggie Delight based on the picture on their website, when I opened up the Sub that was made for me I was shocked...2... small slices of tomato, 3 thin slices of cucumber, no green pepper and a little bit of shredded lettuce. I had requested noonions and asked for black olives instead. I also didn't ask for any sauces, however this was the most unappealing, andunappetizing sub I have ever paid good money for. Did I eat it, yes, but I had to go to my own fridge and put more tomato, andcucumber on it plus put the missing green pepper in also. I had to load it up at home....I might as well have made my ownsandwich at home!! Honestly, there wasn't enough of anything in that sandwich to feed a child, let alone a hungry adult and asfor the picture on their website of the "loaded" Veggie Delight sub....don't be fooled that is NOT what you will get. Got a chicken Teriyaki salad from here the first thing I asked for was spinach and the woman goes we don't have spinach I have... gotten the same order from other locations and they have had spinach and I had no issues. Wow I guess at this store they won'tstock all of the toppings so you can't get a salad made the way you want. I have gotten this same item from other locations andgotten spinach. Wow just a horribly run location can't even get a salad made the way you want. I would give the store 0 starsif I could. Poor customer service to not even carry all of the ingredients that all stores carry. Wow I guess this isn'tburger king I guess you really can't get it the way you want it at subway. Over all a horrible experience. Store is just cheapeven the stuff I did get in the salad they put little of it in there so it was a smaller salad and she cheeped out on the sweetonion dressing as well and put very little on it.
