My granddaughter forgot her makeup bag when she visited this location ( from Didsbury ) on the weekend. She asked us to pick it... up for her, so we drove there (35 minutes,)from our home south east of Edmonton. The staff were very nice and friendly so wedecided to have lunch there. My husband and I shared a toasted spicy Italian BMT footlong with tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles,onions, peppers and sub-sauce, for $10.50. It was a fair price and was most delicious! I was just at this location on July 18th 2022 at 630pm and I have been to this location twice now getting the same lady to serve... me.. Whoever she is she needs in detailed customer service training cause she doesn?t say hi or thanks for coming and just seemslike she hates her job, she kinda gives you attitude and gives the impression as to she doesn?t want you there.. This ladydoesn?t put the correct amount of ham or cheese on the sub and doesn?t put enough topping on the sub of what you ask for.. The least amount of ckicken I've ever gotten on a sub. You can't even taste it over the toppings. If I had seen it before she... put the cheese over it I would have walked out. Total rip off Read more

Ordered 4 six inch subs online with the app when the store was empty, had to watch as the clerk made a footlong for someone else... that came in after my order was placed. Not only was this the SECOND time this particular person working there IGNORED my order and instructions for it ..... I ordered... a 6" STEAK AND CHEESE.... she started putting CHICKEN BREAST on my bread so I had to REMIND her I had ordered a STEAK ANDCHEESE! Then, I requested LOTS of green peppers and a LITTLE bit of onions, she put an acceptable amount of green peppers then ahuge handful of onion, so I had to REMIND her I had asked for a LITTLE onion and it took 3 times telling her to remove morebefore it was correct....but when I asked for BEEF BARLEY soup which WAS ON THE SOUP SIGN..... I was NOT informed that the onlysoup available was cream of broccoli and I was SERVED cream of broccoli WHICH I HATE and PAID for it believing it WAS .... BEEFBARLEY!
