Jan was holding down the floor all by himself, there was a huge line of customers and atleast 3 people walked out. I ended up... waiting a very long time and Jan had very good service. However the older lady working in the back refused to help us oracknowledge us at all. She came out on the floor to put bread in the oven while still the customers waited when there wasclearly a full case of cooked bread already. Went in to grab a quick dinner for the family. Part-way through choosing our bread options, both staff members decided to... completely drop helping us and begin piecing together an online/delivery order. No "just a moment, please", no "I'm sorry, wehave to do this first" -- literally just dropped all pretense of helping customers in front of them and ignoring everything butthe computer screen. Me and my partner have been coming to this subway almost everyday, last night when me and my partner came there and received... great service I don't know who this Gentleman was but he did his job great! (And that's where the one star comes from!) Todaywhen we arrived there again, the two ladies were extremely rude! And not only to me and my family but also other costumers thatwere in the store! They pay zero attention to what the costumers tell them, and addition to that, they also get mad and annoyedwhen one tells them to fix or continues with their complaints for how they did their job! They have zero respect to costumersand absolutely zero care on how the business will go downhill with their rude communication! I would honestly not recommend thisplace to anyone anymore! Addition to that when my partner asked to speak with thee supervisor of the store or at least receivethe number the said that they are not allowed to give the numbers, and acted so clueless as to why they were asked such a randomquestion! Despite what the reviews may say, I ended up with amazing service and even better food then any subway I?ve been to. The... sandwich artists were very skilled at communication and making sure I was in the loop with every step in the sandwich makingprocess despite the busy atmosphere of the establishment. Service is always fast and friendly. They have everything in stock and everything is always fresh. I have never had a poorly... built sandwich or incorrect order from this location - great job. My only recommendation is a bit of cleaning in the storefront area. It was a bit unappetizing to see gum stuck under the chip rack, and debris accumulated between the booths. Read more
There were 15 people in line I wanted to use the restroom before putting an order in and they refused
