Worse experience ever its second time happen put online oder and paid for 12 and 6 inch but get only 2 6 inch and I didn?t check... at store as they seal in bag now days and when reached home and found they send one less sandwich when called to deliver andthey refused and talked very badly seriously too much and its happen second time never ever will go there. So i have been a regular costumer at this store for very long time cuz i always had good experience and good quality but my last... visit which was today wasn?t as expected. To start with why staff is not wearing name tags ? So this lady (aged around 45 iguess) was helping me. During the course of time i was there she didn?t a word. No hello no thanks or anything. She just usingher eyes and very irritated face expressions. At the end i asked for her name cuz i wanted to complain so she got mad at me bysaying why you need my name and started yelling. Very rude people. Don't understand what's the hurry when the store is empty and was close to 9 PM in the night. Never visiting... again. There are much better subways with great customer service. Perhaps they should go back and take some training on customerservice first. Read more
Most awful subway experience I ever had. Highly unprofessional and rude staff. Very reluctantly they accepted my subway discount... coupon that I received in my mailbox. Either they dont know how to read or were acting to not understand their own discountcoupon. I had to read it loud in front of everyone and then they agreed. I wanted to use two coupons, however they accepted onlyone. It was a single use coupon and dint say only one coupon per visit. They tried to embarrase me in front of everyone in thestore for using coupons. Never going to a any subway again. Read more
I am at the store around 9.15. One of the employee is in super hurry for closing. Feels like when we try to choose sauce. She... cannot wait. I told her it is not closing time but she told me that almost. It is not at all.. worst customer service.. And onthe veggie delite. She is not adding enough veggies at all. I have to tell her 3 times to add veggies. I went to anotherlocation many time they add the sufficient veggies. I told her 3 times n looks like it is not sufficient. Very verydisappointed. Very very good experience. Store is really clean and nice really good atmosphere. Top store in the town. Thanks for really good... service all the time. Management and staff is really very nice and friendly. There is a girl ???? her name is SEHAJ she workthere. She is really very humble. She make meals everytime with really pure vibes. She is very young but her work experience islike so many???..! Really appreciate dear god really bless you. And thanks to management hiring staff like SEHAJ. Delivered 101% customer service.
