I?m surprised to find this ?Worst customer service? subway in Canada. All tables were ridiculously dirty and when asked for... clean. ZERO customer service when you walk in , I mean ZERO, this has to be the worst place to walk in to get food , waited there 10... minutes while they were catering to delivery drivers, it's like walking-in customers are not wanted... I want to add a feedback which all reviews here support it. Your staff are good young kids. But could you please ask them to be... friendly. Welcoming. And smile. 90% of your bad reviews are based on rude customer service. Which is 100% right. It is the worstcustomer service shop I encountered in the world!! However they aren't bad ppl they just need to be aware that we human love toreceive a warm welcome smile especially when we are about to enjoy food.I come to your shop twice a week to date. Zero star. Rude manager. Does not treat customers with respect. Disrespects the food. One of the WORST experience of my... life. Please see all the reviews since last year for most recent customer experience. My order: 1 foot long veggie sandwichwith lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, olives green peppers and onions (Jul 22, 22). You buy sandwich but they serve yousalad. Most of the toppings out of the bread. When bring issue to them, they respond saying you added all veggies(EVEN THOUGH IDIDN'T GET PICKLES, HOT PEEPERS AND JALAPENO PEPPER ON MY SANDWICH). Never seen any subway employee responding because you askfor all veggies I made your sandwich into salad. Just ridiculous. The manager (asian lady), who made the sandwich, calls you alier and yells at her employees right in front of the customers. The way she treated my sandwich shows how she willbehave. I have lived in every province in Canada and subway has always been my go to so take it from me when I say this is the absolute... worst subway in Canada and probably the world. They put huge chunks of veggies on your sub and I don?t know why the bread andcookies are soggy every time? Literally feels and tastes like it has been sitting in water. When I opened my sub it looked likea salad. My dogs usually take a small bite and they walked away lol. Employee was also rude and rushed me, didn?t change glovesafter dealing with payment. Was just served by a shot asain lady, she was incredibly rude and said "What do you want" with a nasty tone the moment I walked... in the store. She rushed me through my sandwiches and made me feel like she wanted me out of the store as fast as possible. Verynasty interaction, wont be coming back because of her. Standard Subway location with standard Subway fare. I did try one of the new rice bowls and found it to be enjoyable.
