Service wasn't very good. Had line up waiting while they prioritized delivery orders. When making my sub I asked for extra... sauce, gave me a small amount so I asked politely for maybe a bit more, the lady grabbed the sauce and literally squeezed asmall little glob of sauce right in the middle of the sub. August 31,2022 6 pm: Worst experience ever!!! I?d give no stars if I could. I was trying to get an issue resolved re using the... online order app and the two employees said they couldn?t help me and ignored my request to speak to a manager. I asked them ifthey were ignoring me until I left. They didn?t even answer me !! The online order app is VERY user UNFRIENDLY. I left withoutordering. I will try to avoid this subway in the future. I live on the west end and would drive here anytime because the staff and service is more than 5 stars! This location is by far... the best in Edmonton! The ladies are super sweet and friendly. My sub is made PERFECT everytime and just the way I like it. Iwish the staff here would work at the Grange location because God knows they are AWFUL there! They're always super friendly, and the veggies are all really fresh! The rotisserie chicken looks fresh, especially compared to... some other locations where it looks like it's been sitting for a while. Great quality and they always make time for a quick chattoo if there isn't a line up, and that makes it even more welcoming. I take my nephews here too they really like the food andservice. Especially for kids, I think it's important to have a plant based affordable option. It doesn't have to be vegetarian,but subway is great to have in Riverbend Square.
