Extremely slow service. This place doesn't qualify for drive thru at all. I waited 11 mins in drive thru to get 2 drinks.... Extremely disappointed. I will never be back on this location. Read more

I went to the drive-thru and was given a cup where the lid popped off during handoff. The barista took it back, put the lid on... again, and it popped off and spilled in my car. I parked and went inside, and was not acknowledged for awhile, with one baristatalking casually to a coworker while clearly I am trying to make eye contact with someone for assistance. After beingapproached, I explained what happened and was able to get a new cup, however, no empathy or apology was given. I think thislocation needs more workers, and better corporate training on how to deal with safety hazards like giving a hot liquid to acustomer when the lid does not stay on (such as inspecting the cup, which in this case appeared damaged). The vibe of this store and the morale of the staff has gone down drastically in the last year. It used to be the best part of my... day. Everyone used to be genuinely friendly and happy to see you. Ordered a cappuccino and received scalding milk with no foam or coffee and a triple latte that had no identifiable amount of... coffee in it? Sorry Starbucks - poor in store and out of store experience for the consumer. No value for the money and anundrinkable $15. Read more

I had a bad experience with one of the staff here as she spoke to me very rudely and made me feel uncomfortable in the drive... through, this is my everyday Starbucks location and I?m sad to say I try to avoid it now. Very disappointing considering all theother staff experiences I?ve had here have been great. They need to re evaluate Amanda?s position here? very disrespectful tocustomers as well as visibly making her own staff feel uncomfortable. Power tripping manager. Read more

I usually have no issue here but today was not good. Got my usual drink iced toasted vanilla shaken oat expresso. Was like... drinking a cup of milk. Definitely off today. Read more
