Extremely slow service. This place doesn't qualify for drive thru at all. I waited 11 mins in drive thru to get 2 drinks.... Extremely disappointed. I will never be back on this location. Read more
I went to the drive-thru and was given a cup where the lid popped off during handoff. The barista took it back, put the lid on... again, and it popped off and spilled in my car. I parked and went inside, and was not acknowledged for awhile, with one baristatalking casually to a coworker while clearly I am trying to make eye contact with someone for assistance. After beingapproached, I explained what happened and was able to get a new cup, however, no empathy or apology was given. I think thislocation needs more workers, and better corporate training on how to deal with safety hazards like giving a hot liquid to acustomer when the lid does not stay on (such as inspecting the cup, which in this case appeared damaged). The vibe of this store and the morale of the staff has gone down drastically in the last year. It used to be the best part of my... day. Everyone used to be genuinely friendly and happy to see you.
