They have a walk-through ordering station outside, that was neat. Staff were happy, customers were happy, I ordered tea. Woo

I have ordered a matcha frap with oat milk and vanilla syrup Instead of the classic. I totally forgot to ask for vanilla bean... power in the drink so when I got to the window I asked the lady if she could put in vanilla bean power. (Side note I used to bea barista) so she said oh ok and yells ?hey could you re blend that with the vanilla bean power ?? I then just let her knowthat I?d like it to be remade completely. She then proceeded to move away from the window and then told them to re blend thedrink then proceeded to say ?she wouldn?t notice? when I got the drink it was super watery? as an old barista I?d always have toremake drinks up to standard but unfortunately that was not followed through at this location. This Location used to be very good. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming but their lattes gave been lacking. Last week I... got a very cold latte. This week I got 2, both 1/2 sweet caramel brulee lattes. It tasted like one latte got all the syrup whilethe other one got none. Not sure what's going on but there seems to be a lack of quality control. Read more
The staff at this location are wonderful - 5/5! They are courteous, efficient, amiable, quick and recently started my day off... with a lovely surprise! The chain's product is the same as anywhere else. It is the people who make the difference. Thelocation is great but I do have to agree with one review in that the traffic issue from 97 street can be problematic at times.An entire lane does not need to be blocked for a beverage. The staff/management had tried to fix the problem with signage to noavail. As much as I enjoy the product, no one needs a beverage that badly. Read more

I love Starbucks! Their cups are pricey but so worth the cost. You can put ice in it and it will stay frozen for up to 3 days.... Also their cups are the most leak proof cups and mugs I've ever owned.! Stylish and lots of choices for every taste. Try theVanilla bean Frappiccino with whip cream!!! Yum. Read more
