It?s paid $5.20 for a flat white tall, the Internet and Google says a flat white tall is 375. I asked the barista and was told... different stores have different prices. Went thru the drive thru today, they got my order wrong. The base drink had whip cream and it wasn't put on. This wasn't the... first time and unfortunately it won't be the last. I know you can go back and ask but when your in a rush you don't have time togo back every time they don't get it right. It was even on the sticker to be put in.... what's the point of having a sticker ifit's not followed. I didn't add anything crazy or extra. Just wanted my whip cream that COMES WITH THE DRINK. For almost 8dollars a drink I expect better then what I've time and time again received from this location. Read more
Love this starbucks! Always perfectly execute our orders no matter how complex! The service is always amazing and the staff are... very friendly and ask how your day is going! They also usually offer pup cups to the dogs which is a perfect treat for thembefore we go to the dog park!! Read more
We had to pick up a gift card for a event we were hosting but we had than thought we might get a mug or something for the ladies... of our event. So we had 3 staff help me and my buddy choose one for us. We'll it was totally awesome they made our day so thiswas on Sat May 14 around 515 or so. Asked to substitute sweet cream instead of milk, asked for extra sweet cream so my venti cup was full came to the window and... there was room in my cup. She told me what I would have to order if I wanted my cup to be full, but I ordered EXACTLY what shehad said. Instead of fixing it she started getting frustrated with me and making an excuse. I have gotten this drink plenty oftimes, I have no problem paying extra. Read more
My experience with this location is the drive through only. Service was fast and efficient. The drive through person was... friendly and helpful. The Starbucks drive through was a good experience. We will have to try going inside at some other time. We ordered the PSL (pumpkin spice latte) it was good. So good I only remembered to take a photo after the cup was empty. Read more
Tried a coffee I've never had - didn't like it at all! The staff replaced it free of charge even after I tried to pay - then... said - at least I tried a new thing. ???? Always a great place! Thanks Starbucks! Read more
