One of my daily highlights of returning back to the office is the morning stop at the Starbucks in the Matrix Hotel. Every time... I visit this Starbucks, I greeted with smiles & treated with such kindness. There hasn?t been a day where the manager Rheahasn?t greeted me premade my coffee order. One of the last remaining Downtown Starbucks. I've always had a super good experience here. I usually get a black americano,... it's always done proper with a nice amount of crema. I've always found the staff to be super polite and mellow. I'd give it a5/5 but it's not open long enough for me haha Read more
felt good at first but it was super busy. Used mobile order and expected to be out of there within 5 minutes due to so many... people waiting. however i kept waiting and those who ordered after me in line got their drinks first. I waited and waited for 20minutes before asking them if someone accidentally took my order. I got a snarky and rude response ?be patient? with an eyeroll from one of the staff. I thought it was weird and waited 5 more minutes and people who were in line way before me, gottheir orders first and were long gone. Finally i got my drink, i said thank you and they rolled their eyes and walked off? iunderstand it was busy, but I felt gross after and it felt unwelcoming. to top it off they gave me 2% milk instead of oat milk?
