Today I made my order in person rather then using the app. Everything was fine at the till. Then I waited for 20 minutes and... other people that were behind me were getting there orders. Figured, okay maybe my drink takes a long time to make? (Venti IcedChai Tea Latte). I work in the building and super busy so finally I went back to the till and told the same girl who saw mestanding around waiting the whole time and who originally took my order - that I don't have time for this and I walked away.Drink is paid for, left all the change in the tip jar. So, spent $10 to come out empty handed and late for work. I didn'tappreciate that I was just completely disregarded. Not to mention, pay money to be ignored. Thanks. Read more
Bailey was helping me on register, she was helpful. I had a request that she was willing to help with me, over seen by another... partner Andrew. He came over and told her that we can't do that for every customer. That attitude was negative that wasdisplayed opening on the floor infront of other customers, didn't appreciate this experience. Usually my experience has been great at this location. However, there have been two occasions where what I ordered was not what... I received. As a customer it is daunting to try and correct the situation and I walk away unsatisfied. Don't think I'll do tothis location anymore. Read more
