The baristas are very nice people - but that's about the only positive thing I have to say. They've made almost every drink I've... ever ordered wrong. The only drink they've made right for me besides water is an iced chai. But how hard is it to make a drinkthat has nothing but chai syrup and milk? They constantly forget to add syrup or don't use the correct measurements so thedrinks taste funky or just crazily watered down if you ask for light ice. They're very nice people who are nothing but politeand I'm very thankful for that; but that's as far as the pros go, sorry. :( Read more
This starbucks is absolutely awful, i do pity the fact that most of them are students but they always forget things ESPECIALLY... syrups! i?ve had to ask them to remake a drink and they still made it wrong:( They also overcharge because they don?t know howto make drinks (a friend paid 11$ for a single coffee) Read more
Happy that we have a Starbucks on campus, but the baristas can be super rude sometimes and the wait time is unbelievable.... There?s no consistency about whether or not we can pay with the app. I?ve paid with the app sometimes, but I feel like itdepends on the barista. Read more
I came to Starbucks the other day and I meet this amazing person her name was Riya she is a barista I ordered a customized... drink. I was not able to decide what should I get ! This location is well organized and cleanliness is up on standards. Customer service is excellent. Fast and efficient.

Purchased my regular this morning... Grande Mocha with Whip and Chocolate Drizzle. I have purchased that exact same drink over a... hundred times this year. The cashier said "$6.15 please". I asked her why it cost so much. Was the price increased? She saidthat it's because of the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. I told her that NAIT charges $5.20, to which she repeated that itwas the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle that made it more expensive. After mentioning that I always ask for whip andchocolate drizzle she looked confused. While the drink was very good, I have never been charged so much for this drink. And thelook of confusion on the cashier's face about this was disconcerting. If this location is going to charge almost a dollar morethan what I'd pay at my school, why would I keep going? Read more
Shocked by how slow the staff works at this location. Ordered a coffee & it took 15 minutes with only 1 person in front of me.... There were 5 people working & most of the time was spent talking & slowly lingering around. They wouldn?t let me redeem mypoints for a free coffee, but the next person in line proceeded to scan their card? Oof. Won?t be going back to this location. Read more
