Came in to store at 11am on my way to work to grab a QUICK iced matcha green tea latte w/coconut milk which only requires you to... mix everything together, no steaming milk involved. One girl who seemed very nervous was at the till and she was having issueswith the till. When the girl was done figuring out what was going on she decides to help a woman behind me who wants drinks forher whole family. ???? Mid way through this another girl with blonde hair and pigtails shows up and I say "excuse me miss I justwanted to make sure my drink gets made first so I am not late for work". The blond girl yells back at me "I know, I know, I haveto move the cups down and I have to move them down to make your order". I found this incredibly rude as my tone was not cruel orrude. Anyways I agree with the other negative reviews below, however there is another girl who works here too that is awesome,although next time I am in a hurry I won't be going here again. Read more
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They are never stocked with the food/bakery items and the staff were... extremely rude. I was shocked at how unfriendly the staff was. Do yourself a favor and drive to the university starbucks. Howthis one still operates is beyond me Read more
Not the friendliest staff. 1 person working and there is a line up of 8 people. Last 5 visits they have either been out of milk,... cups, bakery items. Too bad this is the level of service in a newly redone area. Read more
Very rude staff over nothing. Went to pay and didn?t realize the card my friend had handed me was actually a visa debit not a... regular visa and the barista snapped when it was declined saying ?THATS WHY I ASKED YOU IF IT WAS DEBIT OR VISA?. I apologizedand said my mistake it?s not my card and I could swear this little mistake basically ruined her damn life in that moment. It?spretty brutal when you?re employing staff that hate interacting with human beings that much. Read more
The staff are quite friendly & efficient but they aren't geared to be successful. They have 1 staff during peak times which... only sets them up for frustration and failure. I feel there is more than enough business that 2 staff at morning peak time isessential. Read more
Been frequenting this Starbucks location for over 5 years. Never had a bad experience with the staff or the product. Most of... them know my order without me having to say anything. I couldn't speak more highly of the people that work there. An excellentgroup. New employees are trained very well, and it's nice to see so many long term employees behind the counter. Read more
