This location is an Aramark-run franchise operation. They charge extra for everything ("light ice"? $0.30). When they get your... order right (50/50 odds), it will have taken 15 minutes. You do get stars for your purchase, but because they're not using realStarbucks tills, the star dashes for specific beverages aren't recorded correctly. Good Starbucks. Great location. Unfortunately they have almost no seating and it can be difficult to get a drink or a seat when... they are super busy in the middle of the day. This is not a real Starbucks. They don?t accept mobile ordering or use rewards points. No free refills with the app either. The... staff have a lack of training compared to regular franchise Starbucks. The line is always long due to the location, but also theslow speed of ?baristas?. Let me start by saying...I?m disappointed! I ordered grande bold coffee and the staff replied...?I?m sorry what?. So I said it... again and then annoyingly told me that it?s not available cuz they don?t have hot water. Like seriously guys, your basiccommodity is coffee and you don?t have it, might as well close. Another thing, this location also doesn?t recognize starbucksrewards but they do however accepts starbucks mobile payment where my rewards sits in and just waiting to be redeemed.
