I always go out of my way to go to McLeod Starbucks for my drinks and snacks! This store always has the friendliest and most... amazing staff - ESPECIALLY Steven. Staff are lovely but how hard is it to get light ice in a drink. They never do it as light ice when i ask and to be honest it... looks like more ice not less of it. But i never ask for it fixes because you're always to busy. Also when they do give me lightice they over fill the cream so i have no room in my cup to take me lid off and even mix my drink. Light ice doesn't mean overfill it so i have to drink straight espresso or cream to be able to mix my drink. Wait times are getting worse and worse everyday i sat in the store for 15 minutes waitong for my drink when they already had it made they just didnt call my name they putit in the drive theough line and ifnored me standing im the store at the moble pick up line for 15 minutes not 1 personacknowledged me. I was in the drive through and I noticed I didn't have my wallet with me. When it was my turn to order I told them I'm just... waiting in line I don't have my wallet. They told me it's OK It will be on them. so I ordered a small latte. Not only they gaveme a grande latte instead of tall ,they gave me a treat as well. They made my day!
