This Starbucks is so poorly managed. I ordered ahead a 45$ tumbler & I used 400 stars to get the cup only to find they didn?t... have it in stock. Not only did they not have the cup in stock they couldn?t give me back my stars either and offered me STORECREDIT for the cup which was 45$. Nothing near the over 200$ I spent earning those 400 stars. The lady with the short hair wasabsolutely no help and said all they could do was give me credit for the cup then when I called they told me to email Starbuckscompany itself. They seem very under qualified and overwhelmed by their own mistakes. Not only did she give less than a quarterof what I spent they didn?t bother asking if I would like to change it to something equivalent. Poorly handled and seems poorlymanaged. Good coffee, terrible service. Especially when I asked for a manager on the phone they didn?t offer me a name or numberor a time. Just straight to telling me to email the company. Not only was it the one lady who was no help all the other staffdidn?t lift a finger to fix the issue. I didn?t really want to post a review but I order from this Starbucks every single day before work and I keep on getting... disappointed. I always order my matcha with no foam and I ask them to fill it to the top but almost every single time they don?tfill it to the top. In the photo below and many orders I?ve had there?s always foam and sooo much room at the top! If I order aventi I feel like I?m just missing out on so much of the 7 dollar drink I pay for before every shift. I asked them to fill it tothe top once, and I watched them pour the wrong milk substitute into my drink which causes me horrible stomach pain? in additionto my drink order being made wrong every single time I order, the wait times for my order has been ridiculous. I like going toStarbucks because they usually make my order quick before work, but lately this has been a stressful situation. It?s taken me20+ minutes 3 times for me to get my order. There was one time that the wait was so ridiculous it actually made me late to workwhich was very upsetting. I hope this Starbucks can do better so I can continue coming here. Store wasnt busy at all when we got there but it took 20 minutes to get our order and the baristas were just chatting around.... The drinks were left at the bar and didn?t bother making the call for the order ID. Do a better training on your staff. Read more
